Terms of Service

Last updated: October 4, 2026

Using LeadClock

LeadClock provides software for managing leads, customer conversations, booking requests, business-configured AI responses, and related workflows. You are responsible for the information you enter, the services and prices you configure, and how you use LeadClock with your customers.

Accounts and subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Trial access may be limited in time or features. Paid plans renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout until canceled through the available billing controls.

Messaging compliance

You may use messaging features only where you have appropriate customer consent and a lawful basis to communicate. You must honor opt-out requests and comply with applicable carrier, consumer protection, privacy, telemarketing, and messaging rules.

AI-generated responses

AI features can make mistakes. LeadClock is designed to use business-configured context and to avoid inventing pricing or availability, but you remain responsible for reviewing your configuration and for customer-facing commitments, quotes, policies, and appointments.

Acceptable use

You may not use LeadClock to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or unsolicited communications, to violate another person’s rights, to interfere with the service, or to attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

Availability and warranties

LeadClock is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every lead, message, AI response, booking, or integration will be error-free.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, LeadClock is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost sales, missed messages, incorrect business configuration, or third-party service outages.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
