Information we process
LeadClock may process account information, business profile details, configured services and pricing, customer lead information, appointment details, conversation content, messaging consent records, and billing identifiers needed to operate the service.
How information is used
We use information to provide account access, organize leads, power business-configured AI receptionist responses, support booking workflows, send or receive messages when messaging is connected, process subscriptions, maintain security, and improve reliability.
Service providers
LeadClock uses third-party infrastructure and service providers for hosting, databases, AI processing, payments, and messaging. Those providers process information as needed to deliver their services and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Customer data responsibilities
Businesses using LeadClock are responsible for having appropriate permission to collect and use customer information and for complying with applicable messaging, privacy, and marketing laws. LeadClock includes consent and opt-out controls, but each business remains responsible for how it communicates with customers.
Data retention and security
We retain information as needed to provide the service, meet legal or operational obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Account owners can update business information and service settings inside LeadClock. Customers can use supported opt-out keywords such as STOP for SMS where messaging is enabled. Requests concerning account data can be handled through the account owner while LeadClock is in early access.
Changes
We may update this policy as LeadClock evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page.
